Great and worth 5stars. Wellness and sauna was hygienic and clean, rooms bigger than we expect and restaurant menu various and meals tasty and very well presented. Breakfast contains all egg variations, hot and cold selection.

It's a nice 4 start hotel. Service is good and it has a good selection of saunas. Massages are very expensive.

Waste. Shallow bean sized small pool, one bin size whirlpool where couples are petting, 2-3 overcrowded saunas, service below mediocre. Can't imagine anyone coming here again.

Had a bad experience. Asking for small towel then the staff got angry at me and counting towels in front of me. This is not appropriate hospitality a hotel should give!

It was our first stay in the hotel, and since the hotel has 5* you have certain expectations.It started with our room, the sheet was dirty, there were also hair and I am pretty sure pubic hair on the bed!I went to the reception and made a complaint, the girl working there said that she will call the cleaning lady.We went for a dinner, which was a real disappointment, we refused the main dish two times, since we got some fish that wasn’t fresh. The waiter apologised, I have to say that he was very kind.He put the fish off the menu, saying the batch was not good. So in the end I was eating ceaser salad which was not on the level of 5* hotel.Finishing our dinner we went back to the room, where everything was the way we left it. The sheets weren’t changed, but the cleaning lady emptied our trash bin…!?When you take a “clean” towel to dry yourself after a shower, and see more than 5 different colored hair stuck in between is also not pleasant. So no, I don’t recommend you coming here.You won’t be missing much.I don’t think the stuff or the management care how their guests feel.Very disappointed!
