My hotel air conditioning was nonexistent and was in bad need of a fan. Datart was in walking distance and there was a display of fans awaiting me as soon as a walked in the store. The prices were more than reasonable and the staff was friendly. While I walked through the rest of the store I was asked if I needed additional assistance by a friendly employee which was appreciated. I would return again if I needed phone cables or other electrical equipment again in the future.

It was my first time in Prague. I was at the store to quickly grab a micro usb cable. I asked the lady by the cash register for some assistance. She looked tired but that's understandable as it was close to 8pm. She was able the help and everything went smoothly.The rest of the store looked very tidy and clean with a wide selection of products and appliances.

It’s always a hit and miss with Datart. Can’t say they’re my fav electronics store, but they’re the most easily accessible for last minute store runs. They almost never have the most latest electronics, which is why I wish they’d just answer their phones so you don’t have to make a trip (or 3) to find out they don’t have what you need.

I am a tourist, I recently went to buy a toaster and customer service towards the general public was so bad that I had to leave... Mainly the gray-haired older gentleman who works in the background in the equipment collection section .... Since I approached him to ask him a question because they themselves were selling a product with the wrong price and when I went to pay they treated me badly .... I do not intend to go to that site anymore, in others they treat me better. .... And just to be clear , the Czechs are racist , they hate each other , imagine when they see a Tourist .... ? they only want your money, but in return they treat you so badly that you never come back

I was able to find what I was looking for. However, the sales person was making very vulgar jokes directed at me although, I suspect, they were completely oblivious of the effect of their words. The sales person, possibly all of them, could use more respect, politeness and sensitivity training.
