Půjčovny jsou o servisu. Jdete tam, protože něco nemáte a potřebujete většinou poradit. Od první chvíle jsem zjevně paní obtěžoval vůbec svojí přítomností. Potřeboval jsem pomoct s výběrem smokingu na ples.Milý, natož proaktivní servis (který bych u takové půjčovny čekal) se nekonal. Tak jsem se po chvíli otočil a odešel jinam. Škoda.

The owner was very pleased and helpful. They adjusted the size very quickly and based on what we wanted. One of the best clothes brand that you can find in the Prague. The material is very good quality and the coat fits very nice. We have been very satisfied with our purchase. If you are picky, here is the best option. I would like to recommend it.

Velmi špatná zkušenost, neprijemni a povýšení. Nejdrive reknou, ze o víkendu nelze vracet a pak daji pokutu za pozdní vracení. Tady už nikdy.

Expensive tux rental (half the price of a new suit for a weekend of rent) with a trick up their sleeve. When returning the suit they falsely claim that the jacket pockets had been sown shut when renting it out and were now opened. This was the reason for an extra charge. Aside the fact that there is no way to prove this for either side and that this clause was also not mentioned in the contract I was mainly appalled by the lack of courtesy and intelligence to let two customers (a second customer in the store got the same surprise with his rental tux) from the neighborhood leave the store very dissatisfied.I don't recommend this store!

Myslel jsem, že budou mít větší výběr obleků. Nakonec jsem si vybral a je krásný. 4* protože jsem ani nedostal ke zkoušce občerstvení, které je psáno.
