Opton

I ended up getting Opton fiber after UPC refused to deliver because our house was not prepared (even tho my next door neighbors use UPC fiber lol).I contacted Opton and it was a good option, the inital tech connected the fiber in the basement and installed the terminal in my flat. I only once had a problem with the service and it was because somehow the fiber connection in the basement had gone off (it was a time with lots of nasty weather changes and the fiber box is in a unheated basement) and the next day they had technicians on spot and fixed the problem in like 1 hour.All in all I'm very pleased, low enough ping for gaming, faster than advertised speeds and I never had any problem with communications and I've even been late with a few bills and it was never a big deal.All in all I really would recommend it. I don't recommend Opton. Internet is very unstable, often disconnects and tries to connect again. This makes it impossible to have online calls or freely surf the web. It's just as bad when it comes to customer service. The company rarely replies to e-mails and is not willing to fix the problem.

Super fast optic cable. Never got any issue with connection or speed.

Velmi nestabilní internet nebo problémy způsobuje dodaný modem.Když vše funguje, je to bezkonkurenční. Ale k v aktuálním stavu k dlouhodobému používání naprosto nevhodný. Internet používáme a zkoušíme třetí měsíc. Koukat na Prime Video, HBO Max nebo Apple TV se s tímto internetem nedá. Protože pořád vypadává. Tv máme připojenou přímo kabelem do modemu.Připojení k internetu přes 5G WiFi také nestabilní. I když pokrytí ve starém cihlovém domě překvapivě celkem dobré.Zůstáváme stále u původního internetového providera. Který má nižší rychlost, ale je stabilní a použitelný.

We are very pleased with the provider, good speed and free modem is a great plus. The only down side is that in case of troubles (which in our case were not caused by Opton) it is not very easy to reach them.
