More expensive, but friendly attitude and professional work

Second worst dental experience in my life! And I'm 39. First worst was a dentist in India who made a mistake and killed my healthy tooth. From the secretary to the dentist, just plain rude. Very unpleasant and unprofessional with constant character attacks about carring for my teeth. I'm now 1000 eur down and a bad work on one tooth, which I'll have to redo. All that behind the shiny exterior of their office. Thanks, but no thanks!

The clinic is very nice. Is a bit hidden, so you would have to pay a bit of extra attention not to miss the passage that will get you there.Ms. Barbara Zawadova works here, so mainly she is the reason I got to this clinic. I have to say that she is THE BEST dental hygienist i've ever meet (in my very long history with dentists and dental hygienists).She is a professional in her work, she speaks very good english and she is very very careful and patient when it comes to sensitive" patients (like I am- afraid of sharp tools and tooth pain). After the first dental hygiene that Ms. Barbara did to me I couldn't believe how white my teeth were

Zubní klinika. Zatím mi nic nedělali, ale vypadá pěkně. Bude potřeba si připravit dost peněz.

Its really disappointing that you try to get in touch with the dental surgery and you want them to do the work. First,web page awesome, so many famous people, actors, singers etc. But no one pick up the phone and emails ? In my opinion, rude attitude, no matter what you want.. all wrong and you asking why ?Reply.... I am working right now call you when I’m not busy! But few days on and nothing, do they can’t get my number or I am asking why??This is rude!People want to be richer, make more money, do good life etc but they don’t really realise that it’s only you who give them money to buy fancy car great house etc.So guys... it’s really NO NO for me, if you don’t treat me well on our beginning, how you going to treat me when something goes wrong?Shame on you

Great service with amazing staff. Professional and empathetic approach. Quite pricey but worth every penny!

S ošetřením na klinice, konkrétně s paní doktorkou Semrádovou, jsem už několik let maximálně spokojená. Momentálně řeším léčbu zubu, paní doktorka mi, jako vždy, předem řekla jaký bude postup, jaké mám možnosti, sdělila mi ceny, zodpověděla veškeré mé dotazy a na všem jsme se v klidu dohodly. Přestože jsem se bála, zákrok proběhl, díky znecitlivující injekci, naprosto bezbolestně. Paní doktorka je hodně pečlivá, pozorná a jsem opravdu ráda, že jsem právě v její péči.

Worst dentist experience I ever had. I went here because of the positive reviews that they have...they are probably fake.I payed 6.600 czk for a big filling + a minor filling. The dentist and her assistant was one of the rudest medical staff that I ever met. Their procedures are outdated and extremely slow. Be careful!
