The location is convenient and facility clean but 2 out of 5 washing machines were broken. ONLY CASH. A bit difficult to find, but actually great location. The washer is in basement of Costa coffee, so you have where to wait and do a bit of work while the laundry is being washed. All the signs are in Czech and English so it doesn't matter if there is someone there, you can get all the info from Web page and wall signs. The machines work on coins, and there is a machine that changes 100, 200 and 500 czk to coins.Dryer is set for 12min cycles so you need to add coins for as much cycles you think are needed (probably 3).

Open from 7 - 8pm - from monday till sunday. Price for washing 140 czk including washing powder. Ladies doesnt speak english. You can change money for coins at maschine next to entrance door.

Staff was very friendly even through the language barrier. Fairy efficient machines at a relatively cheap price. Pay close attention to the signs and do not leave after 8pm as the coffee shop entrance closes and you will have to come back the next morning.

It's soo expensive really !!You will have to keep paying if you wanna dry your clothes and that will cost you a lot....I had an experience in another washing place and it was very cheap around 130Cz for 10Kg and they dry your clothes without paying again for it !!!Bad experience, not sure I will back again to this place !

Thanks to reviews, We were able to locate quickly. Place is very clean, nice cafe upstairs to enjoy while you wait. The lady inside was very helpful!!

Initially had a lot of trouble working the machines. Stupid me put my already washed clothes into another washer on a very high heat thinking it was a dryer. And paid a lot for it too.Thank God the Czech lady also doing her clothes at the time helped me out and told the staff I had a problem. The staff was very helpful and put my clothes to wash and spin again free of charge and will help me dry it also. They also cleaned up the massive mess I made when trying to wring dry my clothes.I'm so sorry and so thankful for their help. Professional customer service. Would recommend.

Hanah was amazing.Wait times are not.Prices are not.(Note: cash only).Summary: spent 320czk (12€) per load for a normal amount of clothes to do it myself; minimum time is ~1.5 hours, but with an average wait is 2+ hours.I suggest: Drop-off service for 10kg is 320czk, which I only saw after I was done on the back wall. Get this instead. 90czk for folding.___ (Details) ___Wait times: only 5 washers, and they (the laundromat) use them for paid laundry services throughout the day. Wash times are 45 minutes.Prices:- 150czk (6€) for a wash, whereas Andy’s Laundry is ~60czk (2.30€).- 50czk (2€) for 12 minutes of drying; nowhere on the dryer does it say 12 minutes, but it does say “the average dry time is 40 minutes”The owners response to another post (“you can dry in 12 minutes if not overloaded”) is disingenuous. These dryers are of normal size and capability, so a person must use the highest hear setting (bad for clothes).

Entrance is currently via the Costa coffee cafe, then downstairs. Only a few machines so you may need to wait a wee while. Helpful staff if you need assistance.
