Got now 20 eur a price of 360 czk. Claiming a fair price. Funny thing is it is given as a reciept also 1 eur= 18 czk. They have pasted scam happening outside but they are best of it. Shameless

Total scam, don't change money here. Even though I am always careful of scam exchange places, I still wound up going here, unfortunately.After I noticed I was 20-30% short, I demanded my money back and I got it, after the person there made an entire charade after I called them out on the scam.

Beware of scamming exchange offices like this. Note that most of the time you can simply use an atm instead. Make sure you use the 'no conversion' option on the ATM too.

wanted to exchange 40 euro, which at the time was worth 1050 crowns. This clown offered me 750 first, after fierce negotiating i got it up to 1000 crowns which isnt too bad, but still this exchange office is complete bs, and is best to be avoided. Also golden tip; if you do happen to go there negotiate and dont sign anything until you are satisified and have some what of a fair deal

It was the only exchange i did in Prague and by unfortunate chance i got here. I lost 600krn On their rates. Avoid this exchange at any cost - there are many others nearby with normal rates.

Absolute SCAM! Tricked us into believing we were getting a different rate, rushed us to sign a receipt which was barely understandable, and in the end got 21 per euro.. When we asked if we can cancel our transaction the guy at the counted said transaction closed, and started becoming very aggressive towards my dad.. Very stupid of us to get caught since we should checked what we were signing, despite its lengthy rushed nature, but PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM ALL THESE BRANCHES! They are scammers, and once the transaction is done, becomes very aggressive!

They take nearly 38% commission even though they advertise as 0% commission. The moment I realize the money I asked for the return (there is 3 hour return policy in Czechia) they told tried very hard not to give the money back. When I said I will call the POLICE they agreed to give my money back. AVOID THIS PLACE!
