The worst gynecologist I have ever met in my life, MUDR. Frisova. Impatient with a patient, rude. I don't know if this depended on me being a foreigner, due to some linguistic barriers or barriers in general with foreigners, but based on my experience, I really don't recommend her.Dear MUDR. Frisova, you are giving a wrong information. I didn't ask you only for an electronic prescription but I also required a gynecological check up.Regarding the reason I decided to write my review now, shouldn't be of your concern, giving a rating has no deadline. We visited this clinic for the 1st trimester screening of my wife and would not recommend. Although receptionist was kind and cooperative, doctor who performed the screening was arrogant, rude and distant. This really doesn’t help with the experience when screening should be a pleasant time.

My wife and I went here for first- and second-trimester ultrasound screenings and a NIPT test. The experience was excellent -- the receptionists were friendly and helpful, the wait wasn't long, and the doctor was extremely thorough and kind....And this wasn't our first rodeo. We've seen other doctors in different clinics for ultrasound screenings in a previous pregnancy, and those other doctors weren't nearly as thorough. Dr. Veronika Sabolova did an outstanding job.We were able to communicate with the doctor in English and receive a report in English, which was also nice.Strongly recommended.

I’m going to doctor Natalya Svelyeva for a year and is the best doctor I could find in Prague for now . Have been to many other ordinations but doctors had behavioural issues or incompetence. You see right away from Natalya she is trying to help the best way and she is following new trends in the pharmaceutical market which is very important. Thank you and will keep going there !

I went today at PROFEMA for a simple gender scan. I sent them an email (IMPORTANT: i sent the email in English so it was obvious i do not speak Czech, this detail will be useful later) beforehand in order to know the prices and they confirmed it was 500 czk how there is written in their website. They referred that they do not accept card payments (which is weird to me but no judging), so i arrived there with 500 czk as agreed via email. When the time to pay arrived they referred me it was 900 czk because there was a 400 czk fee for English language. I find this absolutely not correct because as they know how to speak English and they don't need any interpret I don't see the need for the fee BUT I UNDERSTAND IT and do accept that every clinic has their own policy and am NOT arguing that. It would just have been good from their side to warn me about it beforehand in order for me to be free to decide. Fortunately a friend of mine was there and landed me the 400 czk more.During the visit the doctor judged other doctors by saying that seeing the gender is the easiest thing to do and couldn't understand how they were not able to tell me with certainty. Unfortunately during the scans I previously had the baby was not in a clear position so that's why they were not able to, but i did not like the judging made by the doctor. She also told me that if i wanted to know about the baby's health that was not the right scan so i would have had to pay for another type of scan. I found this inappropriate because i previously told the doctor that I already knew the baby is fine as i had a scan at the hospital where i will give birth just few days ago, i just needed to know the sex. Fortunately i am not a paranoid person but another first time mom like me could have been gotten worried from that sentence.I absolutely do not recommend this clinic. Fortunately it was just a one time thing for me.

Do kliniky PROFEMA jsem byla odeslána v 36. tt po vyšetření, jehož výsledkem byla nepříliš pozitivní prognóza ledvin miminka. Kliniku jsem navštívila dvakrát a v obou případech se jednalo o maximálně vstřícný lékařský přístup. Vše mi bylo detailně a empaticky vysvětleno. S paní doktorkou Frisovou jsem zůstala ve spojení i nadále, kdy mě sama kontaktovala a chtěla znát stav miminka (ještě před samotným porodem a rovněž i po něm). Celému týmu bych ráda touto cestou poděkovala za péči a za sebe PROFEMU jednoznačně doporučila.

Czech standard patient contact. They even complain when your body won't collaborate. I would never go back.

I would definitely NOT recommend if you are looking for a kind and human approach from the doctor. For every screening, doctor was talking to the screen with mask on (even more difficult to understand!) and with medical terms without explaining. Every question we asked, we felt we were annoying her and we were then shy to ask more. Screenings are supposed to be nice moments where you see your baby and it was not the case for any of the screenings! Lastly, I asked to change the name of the exam on the invoice they provided to be able to be reimbursed by the insurance and they rejected my request without making any effort! Not recommending at all!

Kliniku PROFEMA jsem navštívila v prvním těhotenství, abych zde absolvovala druhotrimestrální screening. Byl to otřesný zážitek pro mě i pro manžela. Nejdříve mě více než hodinu vyšetřovala nějaká sestra, následně přišla MUDr. Frisová, která celé vyšetření dělala znovu, byla velmi hrubá, nepříjemná a neempatická. Paní doktorka je jistě velmi chytrá, její přístup byl ale strašný. Byla to nejhorší zkušenost za celé těhotenství. Jsou to skoro tři roky a stále to ve mně vře, když si na to vzpomenu. Nikdy více.
