The place is actually open 24hrs because the nurses are basically hidden elsewhere and you have to ring them, but even so, half the time they won't help you. They rather say they don't have it without trying, bet when I go there during the day they will have what I asked for.

Hey, this was the only open pharmacy at the January 2nd. They work till late, they accept cards, but if late only card with NFC (you give them to worker and get back with order). Very good pharmacists and not expensive.

Helpful employees, and it was one of the only pharmacies that were open on Sunday. I had severe back pain which prevented me from sleeping all night. I needed something that was only available with a prescription, but the employee helped me figure out an alternative solution that did not require a prescription but that did actually help me get rid of my pain.

Went there at 23:00 on Friday night and it was closed. I did see the sign there that shows the hours. The sign shows what may be a number to call after 19:00. I don't know, I don't speak Czech. There is a photo on here of that sign, so maybe call the number first?

This is not open 24 hours. This is completely misleading. I wasted 1 hr trying to reach this place. I arrived at 11pm and it was closed !

I ringed for 15 minutes and only then her rude majesty approached me, although I saw the shadow and she knew I was there. Moreover she was absolutely unhelpful and aggressive. Such a basic thing as clyster was not there, I do not know how it is possible that clyster would not be in a pharmacy. I am sure she did not want to waste her time searching for it and just wanted me to get out of there. Also when I started asking if they had a bigger syringe, she just handed me the card reading machine telling that no no no we don’t have it goodbye.Terrible, arrogant, rude woman!
