The worst customer service I have seen in an embassy, really bad attitude from the ladies who need to attend you, plus only ONE speaks English and if you are lucky to get to czech speaking" window then you need to wait extra time till the lady who speak English can help you

Simply the best !!People who are moaning about waiting for the queue are just utterly pathetic. Don't you already get used to waiting in the queue to get your sausages at the meat counter in Albert?If you can queue for your important sausages while I am sure you shluld be able to queue for your visa or passport. Be civil.

I haven't visited yet but the customer service on the phone has been very unpleasant :( It is impossible to get anybody from visa department to talk to, I've been trying for a week. Eventually talked to front office who transferred my call and left me waiting on hold forever. I called again, they put me on hold. Unbelievable :(

My experience of visiting the embassy was very nice, smooth and efficient. I prepared all the required documents and the staff was kind and helpful and professionally guided me through the whole process.
