A basic, nice, mostly clean train station. Subway and trams are right there, there's newspaper stands and a kebab place

Terrible information service, after 2 hours of waiting they've cancelled our train even without telling it on the speaker. Information services were fully unavailible, one lady was incredibly rude and shut the window on us without helping in anything. Seriously needs to reconsider its working.

OK as rural station, bad international station in major european city. No lockers. There are even signs pointing to left-luggage room which was once there, but it's not anymore.

You would expect a station where intercity trains start to have lockers, but it’s not the case with this one. The last day of a holiday ruined because handling luggage became a problem and it shouldn’t be one.

It's a throug station with all necessary services. A part of the underpass is under reconstruction and closed. I'm not sure, that left-luggage (locker) is avaliable or not. There were some homeless people next to the small snack-bars. Air conditioned waiting room isn't avaliable. The architectural impression is the late 80's. Lot of international and domastic train pass throug this railway station and some RegioJet busses has stop here and you can get with metro C (red line) to Holešovice.

Be aware of fraudsters who will offer to exchange euros into Czech krones on the pretext that euros are not accepted in the city. They then exchange euro for fake belarus or any other currency..The person will be wearing a emergency jacket and say he is from the May I Help You desk
