Excellent customer experience! Very polite and helpful staff,high quallity of all products and normal pricing.

I was very satisfied with their service and quality of glasses for amazing prices. Staff is very helpful and professional, the whole process went smooth. I came there during the holidays and even though they told me it might take over 10 working days to get my glasses done, I was able to pick them up in less than a week. On top of that, I brought my other broken glasses from a different optitian and they still tried fixing them. I can only recommend this place.

I visited the one in Chodov Westfield today. And have experienced the worst customers service from the lady that sposed to help" she come up with such unprofessional attitude when I politely ask her(in fluent Czech). I didn't even want to continue speaking with her. So I left and went to GrandOptical where the customer service where way nicer and helpful and very professional. I didn't expected such unprofessional manner here. So yes I don't recommend anyone this place and hope the headquarter is reading this

I would like to thank the staff at Fielmann Chodov for their friendly and professional approach. Very pleasant and helpful. I got my sight measured for free and am definitely returning soon to get my glasses fixed. Definitely would recommend.

I brought some frames I bought in another shop and they helped me to find the best lenses for me after performing an eye examination. On top of, that they shipped the glasses to my new address out of CZ with no problem. Excellent service!

I have experienced optics in 5 different countries, but this particular one is so far the best one. I'm aware that I'm a very needy customer and I really like to take time while having my eyesight examined, therefore I always feel anxious when scheduling an appointment, but staff were treating me with respect and were very polite and professional the whole time. The whole process was really fast and I got my glasses in 10 days.Besides that, they had a really good pool of glasses to choose from and the prices were affordable.I also appreciate that Fielmann encourages diversity, which is seen by their international staff who spoke really good English and other languages.All in all, 10/10 would recommend!

Overall I am very impressed with my experience here. I appreciate the friendly yet professional approach of the staff. When testing my eyes, Miss Tota really went the extra mile to examine and explain exactly what was going on (With very nice English, i must say). I was also surprised by the very affordable price. I visited the Chodov location a couple of weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised with the high level of professionalism and customer service which I received. Bojana was extremely helpful and patient during the whole process. The whole visit and the subsequent visits were pleasant. They offered a wide option of frames and I am very satisfied with the the one I received. All in all, if you need glasses or contacts I highly recommend the Chodov location and definitely ask for Bojana!
