Very good Czech traditional dishes with huge portions. The pork knuckle had tasty caramelized skin, and believe it or not the highlight for me was the sauerkraut. Staff were friendly and efficient.

We had a great dinner there. We had the duck leg and the goulash, both served with Czech dumplings, very delicious, the Czech beers are delicious too. Service was good.

The staff was very friendly. Service was fast. And as it's not too close to the old town you get really good portions for a really good price. Besides that, the food was just really really good. Honestly this was what I call soul food. For the weekend and tourist season though it's better to book a table.

We spent three nights in Prague and had three restaurants on our list for every dinner. On our second night, we had dinner at 'Smíchovský radniční sklípek' and it was so good, we came back for our third dinner, too. The staff was friendly, the service was quite fast, food came really quickly, too. Everything was delicious, fresh, hot. Price is really good, and the transportation to the restaurant is very comfortable. Beer selection is not big, because the place is devoted to Staropramen; I'd prefer a bigger selection, but it's okay.

This place has my most favourite Goulash and Beer so far. Amazing beer, clear and smooth. Amazing goulash, flavourful and tasty. And very worth the price.

Reasonable Price.The staff is nice.We ordered a cheese appetizer which is delicious (though a little salty).The roasted pork and potato dumplings are good as well, but it is hard for two people to eat them all.The hot apple tea is great for a such cold weather.

The food was great: big portions, tasty and not expensive :) and the decorations are exactly what you're looking for when you go for a typical Czech meal as well. But most importantly, the service is so great!! So friendly, making jokes, super fast, helpful, just great!

The food was good. The service was very slow but very friendly. They did warn us in the beginning that there was only one cook in the kitchen and everything was going to take a long time. The sausage in dark beer sauce was delicious. The honey cake was also a highlight.

If you want to find a really good local spot in Prague - this is it. All food that came out of the kitchen looked AMAZING. Staff was extremely friendly, attentive and hands on, not once did I sit with an empty glass or plate. Always there, without being pushy. Nice and cold beer, just a blink away.Menu is well written, easy to navigate in, whatever if you like meat, veggie or pescatarian options. We went there twice during our stay, and 90% are locals.Best place in Prague for sure!
