It seems that they don't use dry cleaning technology and its the issue as a wet cleaning could be risky for an expensive suits or coats. They completed my order with excellent pick-up/delivery, but I am not so satisfy with result of a cleaning as the structure of a textile has changed. I will not use it a next time.

They are very professional and convenient. I ordered my dry cleaning service and they came and pick them up the same day and bring them back by the time mentioned.I will use them again for sure

The collection and delivery was amazing. They also called and apologised to me when the delivery was delayed. I was very pleasantly surprised. However, when I received my order the coat was two sizes smaller. So can't recommend.

Quick service, I like how they come and deliver the clothes to your doors. I gave them the wedding dress and I was able to choose the time of delivery. What I didn't like is that they called me 2 days before the delivery saying that the dress is very dirty, that they won't be able to clean it all and asked for my permission for wet cleaning. I told them that I do not know what will they do with my dress but if they think that is the best way to proceed, they can proceed. There wasn't any mention of a price reduction or anything like that so I was disappointed by that part. If you will not clean my dress entirely at least you should offer some discount or discount on the next cleaning. I got the dress today and while it is true that it is not 100% clean, it is much better than it was so I am satisfied with that part.

We gave them the coat for deep cleaning. The coat came out 2 sizes smaller, it shrinked!!! No one had warned us about this. The coat was expensive. I did not try it on right after picking it up from the cleaning, but when I did it was already too late to return it and complain. Do not give your clothes for cleaning here!!!!

Unfortunately zipper of my jacket got damaged (it was perfectly fine that morning and whenever I got it dry cleaned elsewhere in the past) and the other item I got cleaned came back still a bit dirty.Communication is also poor - no emails after pick up, before delivery etc so one can only hope the person one gives the items to is indeed from cleany. When I queried the quality of my order I got an answer two weeks after (after I chased) and got a discount voucher for next order. Which won’t fix my damaged zipper :).Won’t use again unfortunately.

They pick up your clothes from home, call when something is not in order, and deliver clean back home a day later. Perfect service!

They know their job- they really do clean your clothes, suits, dresses etc. For a good price. They pickup your stuff on time you choose and deliver it back clean on the time you choose. Five out of five.

The intent of this review is not to give one star, but is a requirement in order to be able to share my experience and give feedback. In their website, carpet cleaning is offered as a service, I called the and explained that i has 3 wool rugs, one long and the other ones small and they told me that I could bring the carpets directly to the shop in Flora. When I went there, the lady at the counter was very displeased that i brought them, I called the same number i called the day before and the explanation is that the rugs were too dusty and had animal hair (again, they offered carpet cleaning at their website and they told me to bring them to the shop!) and was told that they can refuse service if they considere it necessary. Yes, of course, any business has the right to refuse service, but for that, in my opinion, customer service is also required. I think, the details of the services offered should be more detailed in order to avoid, situations like this.

It took me 3,5 days to get my jackets back so 24-hours turnaround is a marketing lie. They didn’t get back to me until I started calling them in 2 days and then they said they are not sure they can actually clean the jackets because of some stains.
