The boats are beautiful. The only issue was they did not that far. Just circled around Charles Bridge. Take the first right to Charles Bridge Museum and you will find them there just under the bridge.

Nice to do but don't expect too much from it.You get a nice view, but the audio's are standard and the boat was with a lot of smoke inside. Unfortunately they still use wood as heating for inside but it didn't work good this time, so we had to open the window and it got really cold. Bring old clothes because you'll smell smoke after!The boat doesn't go so far either and staff is not friendly.

Boat trip is great, unluckily the toilet in carls museum cost 20k/ 1€ extra fee.

This boat ride was honestly so cool! Awesome views of the bridge from different angles and a great in-depth audio- tour of the area! The boat driver talks a little bit but mostly its audio with lots of different languages available. When we arrive on the boat you are greeted with either water or beer (grab the beer it’s so good) and classic Czech biscuit or a yummy ice cream!

It seemed well to begin with an offer of complimentary drinks and food, however this is a ploy. A tiny beer or lemonade followed by a blueberry chocolate bread that made my brother tear up, disgraceful. We sat on uncomfortable benches, we were actually enjoying ourselves down a nice river talking amongst when the captain of the boat decided to refuse our talking! If 40 minutes of driving in circles, being given horrendous food and rude employees then this boat trip is for you!

Great 45minutes boat ride. It is right below charles bridge, so it is good to take a break with this boat ride. Got a free museum ticket with the boat ride, but the museum is rather small and can finish it in less than 30minutes.Captain spoke in English and German and interacted with us very well. She didn't just let the audio-guide play but went the extra mile to further describe and show us pictures. Kudos to her !The sales people selling the tickets are rather pushy and rude. They will shout at you in public !

Nice, short narrated (through recording) cruise. Goes around Charles bridge and into Certovka canal. Includes a drink. Nice way to spend an hour.

I actually dropped my phone next to the walkway and they were very helpful. I got in and searched and they provided hot drinks and hot tea as well as a way to dry off and a warm place to change. So helpful and kind. Hot tea in bowls to put over my very cold legs. My phone was in very cold, sorry water for 20 mins and it came out working. Then I went on the lovely, short and informative boat tour with the Captain and her knowledge of the local otters was awesome and funny. Highly recommend! And I left my watch in the museum after changing and they had it waiting at the dock upon our return. Thank you to a great team!

A 45 minute trip with a free drink and an ice cream and entrance to the museum. 45 minutes is long enough. The free earphones give an interesting commentary in various languages and the captain also adds extra information. As a small boat it also takes you into the canal.
