Returned a product, and they didnt want to hear anything I was saying. Until it finally started smoking everything was normal.

Customers service is the worst I have ever seen, stood there for over 20mins no one came to attend to me. Very appalling!!!

First and foremost it's the excellent service that I received that prompted me in writing a review. The staff is very courteous and attentive. They listen and ask guiding questions and that combined with their impressive product knowledge makes for a very informed and pleasent shopping experience. I bought a flagship smartphone and they offered me to set up the basic settings including setting up all the rebate requirements. This saved me an immense amount of time back home. Parking is free and there are a couple of fast and easy public transport options available to and from the Brno city centre. I am a return customer.

GO TO DATART. No returns and rude. Twice I have had to take something back. Each time it is multiple trips and multiple times being told it works. This time a vacuum. The person helping didn't want to be there. They didn't take the return. And I am stuck with a vacuum that has zero suction power.
