A Plus Hostel
Pros: Good wifi, good location, clean bathroom and toilets, coffee and cold drink dispenser.Cons: there was no fan, ac in the room, so opening the window became a must and then it becomes a bit noisy. Also some of the good hotels have an attached safe with the bed. Such other facilities could be improved.

A Plus Hostel
This hostel was quite the mixed bag. I'd say for overral quality it's a bit hard to pin down. Mostly nicer beds and laminate floors from what I remember, but it's quite small. I'd say maybe a 2-3 star hostel overrall. Management is doing constant renovations, so quality may improve over time.Aside from one rude person mentioned in previous reviews, the staff were friendly and accomodating. My biggest annoyance was no lockers in the room I was in. This is a massive pet peeve for me, and in my opinion, should be a requirement for any hostel. I wouldn't have booked here had I known that. I did appreciate the lack of bunk beds in the room. They were also a bit more comfortable than expected.The hostel is quite small, with a small common room and near non-existent kitchen. It was also incredibly noisy due to bad behaviour of other guests. I understand only so much can be done, but at minimum the hostel should make a point about quiet times and speak to guests if they are being noisy. AFAIK this wasn't happening.Strangely the bathrooms didn't have any mirrors. It wasn't a big deal as there were mirrors in the hallways and in the shower rooms. I suppose this is to help prevent guests spending excess time in there. I did like how multiple showers were together in one room. I feel this is the ideal format for a hostel.The biggest improvement this hostel could make is lockers in the dorm rooms. Given the constant renovations, I think this would be pretty easy to implement, especially given the rudimentary ones I saw at a different hostel.

Simple but a friendly hostel, best fit for hop-in-and-go tourist like me. (IF YOU GOT A CHANCE TO STAY IN, PLEASE GO ENJOY TIME TALKING WITH THE NIGHT RECEPTION MAN, HE IS SOO NICE AND LIKES TO TALK) ;)

When you go to a hostel, you know you can't expect a lot but in this case i was really disappointed. The bed was a wodden block with a 14cm mattress. I had booked for a breakfast inc. but they serve no breakfast. The only WC available are those in the picture, I don't even fit in. Ridiculous.

Stayed for 4 nights at this hostel. Our first night was not great - very hot in the room with no air conditioning and lots of noise throughout the night coming from a neighbor. We told the reception desk about it and they were quick to check in with the noisy neighbor and we had no further issues during our stay. Bathrooms and showers were kept clean. Room was basic but comfortable enough for sleeping. Location was great right next to the metro station and Wenceslas Square.

Either I was very lucky or many of the old reviews are outdated since I had a good expierence at this hostel.I felt very safe (two electronic doors and a guard after midnight), it was clean (clean sheets no bedbugs) and the person on the reception was very nice.It is a hostel so you will share toilets and showers with other guests and sometimes other guest will be a little loud in the night but over all it was a good hostel.You will find other places to stay for cheaper(on AirBnB for example) but not that close within the city (it is basically 1 minute from the mainsquare). It is also perfect if other places are booked.Overall I would recommend it for things like a bachelor party(Where you are so drunk you dont care if it is sometimes a bit loud at night and you want to be able to walk everywhere)Extra:+ WLAN- No Towls

In single bedrooms, small thin towels are provided. The beds are minimal but suffice. The showers are ok and plentiful but not powerful. The building is about 18c. Facilities aren't working: no free coffee, the juices are not mixed properly. Minimal cooking facilities. No hostel vibe". The best thing about this place is the location

Perfect location!!! Right next to the shopping center and surrounded by many cafes, restaurants, bars. Totally worth the money for a simple bed.

Okay, so I stayed here with my school on a three day trip. Which means I didn’t get the full hostel experience because I was staying in a room with seven of my pretty close friends. But I have to say that you really get what you pay for. For such a low price (when it comes to the center of Prague) it can’t get much better than this. Yes it’s not your usual Hilton hotel, but it’s relatively clean and taken care of. After all my stay was great and can only recommend this hostel to all of you who are thinking about staying here.PS: Trust me the location does goes a long way, mainly when you’re out partying and don’t have to stumble your way like five kilometers to get back to your place of stay.
