This is the true Mecca of bodybuilding and powerlifting in Prague. Amazing equipment, high quality, professional benchpress benches, professional bars, deadlift barbells, safety squat bar, calibrated ATX plates, Hoist and Hammerstrength machines. Unique adapters for pulldowns and rows. Excellent!

Perhaps the finest gymnasium in Prague, and that’s saying something. Incredible Hoist machines, spacious and tidy, with really friendly staff. My gym of choice whenever I’m visiting family in Prague.
