Great store! I ordered Pop Tarts, Arizona tea and couple other items and I was very surprised in how perfect condition the items arrived, nothing was broken or torn, everything was just like if I picked it up in a convenience store in US, new and with long expiration date. Packaging was perfect! I will definitely order more! Thank you!

beware .... the scam ..... what they sell is not the same as what they send you. be careful before buying. to avoidPS2: about the answer: do not make things up, never said, never written. the articles they send you are not those shown on the site. as it happened to me. a Monster Mean bean, a Monster M3 and a Monster loca moca, which are not those depicted on the site. so for me, it's not a regular thing .... but it's a deception

I am shocked as to how this owner operates and fails to delivers customer service which is why I decided to write this review. I have been a customer on several occasions but the following incidents decided me to stop buying here. My colleague recently bought quite a few items here. Let’s not discuss how overpriced the items here are, let’s talk about customer service. Imagine you buy a bunch of stuff (e.g 10 or so items), pay and go back to work. You really feel like trying one of the items, a chocolate that with 80kc is not your typical supermarket chocolate. You have high expectations, look forward to opening it and when you do, the chocolate looks expired, not so yummy. You ask your colleagues, they all say the chocolate doesn’t look great. You go back to the shop and expect understanding from the owner. But what do you get instead? Arguing. You are told that the chocolate is indeed good to eat, you are asked what the owner is now supposed to do with this opened chocolate etc. I’m sorry but this is NOT how a customer is dealt with. In the end after some arguing money is returned. Now imagine you go back to the shop and after a customary hello you are being told that last time you didn’t pay for one item... what??? I mean just imagine you return to a shop and hear that last time you didn’t pay. I am so shocked by this I wouldn’t even know how to react. It is the owners responsibility to charge items correctly not the customers. And when the owner makes a mistake it is his mistake not the customers. Now imagine you write a review about that and the owner not only accuses you of stealing but also threatens to contact your employer because of your “behavior”. What behavior? Have you ever in your life heard of customer service? On top of all you make that review disappear... this to me shows what kind of people operate this place. I have been a witness and this is exactly what happened. The owner will try to twist this around as he did last time, just wait for it. Or he will make this review disappear because he doesn’t know how to deal with criticism. I am shocked, this is not how customers are supposed to be treated. I am not going back here.

This store sells long lasting products with very short expiration. They sent me sauce with 1 week left until the expiration (normally 2 years) and explained I should be happy with that because the product had 15% discount. No effort to solve this situation.
