As a beginner in snowboarding I visited this shop few times this year to stock up myself with necessary equipment before winter hits. Besides I always found a high quality stuff there I have to emphasize on customer service, which is really high level compare to some other snowboard shops in Prague that I also visited. The guy who works in the shop - Martin Binder, helped me already twice a lot. Back in April he helped me to choose the best snowboard suitable for me and recently shoes and bindings. Compare to the other seller in the shop he advised me the size very wisely otherwise I would probably go for another smaller size that wouldn’t be the best option for me.He stopped me from doing that mistake, let me compare and try all the versions patiently. On top of that he explained everything in a simple and funny way , set up the whole snowboard and basically made my amateur snowboard equipment buying experience enjoyable. So if you’re buying snowboard equipment I would recommend this shop as the best in Prague. I would easily compare that shop’s customer service with adidas flagship store in NYC 5th ave where they also have excellent approach to the customers.

Great place. Staff is helpful and there is a really huge amount of goods in the store. Yes it is a pricey label but you will get the best, original Burton.

The store was clean, I found what I needed, and the prices were as I expected. The clerk spoke English.

I was just walking around and I saw Burton shop. There were two nice guys, they showed me backpacks and explained which are better and why. They were very respectful and kind.It turned out that they had to close the shop, it was already 7 o’clock, but because I was searching for a backpack they didn’t close it but nicely waited for me.Finally I couldn’t decide between two backpacks and they advised me the one which sat better on me. There was a discount week, so I had 20% off.That’s my first backpack from Burton and I can’t be more satisfied with it and with a service. Thank you and keep it up! After such nice approach I want to recommend this shop to everyone.

They sell used one and new one

The male staff didn’t want to say the price of the helmet and just kept saying that they are expensive. I had to ask him 3 times to reveal the price. Very weird encounter. Thursday, March 2, around 17:00
