Unfortunately, terrible servise, but not necessarly from employees, but i saw very unhuman treatment from management to the employee.I think toxic treatments like this can effect the whole experience - toxic manager-angry employee-unsatistied customer.I hope they can make things better for them.Also, they should take better care of the place...

This is a great place to grab some food and snacks and drinks while staying in Prague, great prices and a decent selection. Be sure to go on off hours cuz it can get pretty busy and the lines don't move very fast. Also lots of deserts available.

Always very crowded in the second half of the day, very narrows aisles all over the building, limited selection of goods. It feels understaffed at the tills because half of them are not used even when the shop is packed and there's a long line of people waiting to check out.

Great Shop. Employee are always polite even during peak hours. Discounts are great too. Have a look if you go around to vystaviste or stromovka park.

Terrible place to shop for groceries. The aisles are narrow, the selection is sparse, produce is low quality, it takes forever to get through the check-out lines, and they have what I call a bouncer" at the entrance who likes to make you feel unwelcome. There's one lady who is pleasant but the rest are foul creatures."

This Albert is way too small and has too little space in the aisles. It's so crowded that you can't even turn around, or choose products. You will just bump into people, and struggle to see the products.
