I had opted for One Time General Cleaning. The cleaning team arrived at decided time. They thoroughly cleaned the house. The manager was helpful in getting things done. I am an expat so had little difficulty in communication, but we could make do with Google Translate. I would recommend them and use their services next time.

Absolutely horrible customer service! They never return phone calls and never respond to emails or messages! Stay away from them and find a professional company!

A few months ago I needed theur servives for an emergency. They answer promptly and explained that usually they cannot send cleaners on a short notice but she'll try her best to help. Within 30 min she called back and said a cleaner will come in 1h.The cleaning lady herself was super friendly and did a great job. I can only recommend this service. Thanks a lot!

They came and picked up an expensive silk rug to clean from my daughters bedroom. We asked for them to return it dry, but they delivered it wet and did not remove the stains! They are totally unprofessional and do not return calls after you have paid them!

Complete price mismatch. I wanted to order cleaning based on the price guide on the website, however, I was quoted double. Said the website was in the process of being updated but it never happened. When I agreed on the price and tried to order the service, BioModra couldn't supply me with the service.
