The double room is quite small with basic equipment, clean and quiet. Breakfast is fresh but very basic and same every day. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood far from the city centre but a few minutes away from the tram line. I recommend this hotel for short stay in Prague.

Hotel in a good location with easy access to the centre. The staff was exceptionally helpful and very friendly! We even managed to get ice for free:). The rooms were up to expectations and included everything that was on offer on their website. Me and my companions are satisfied and would recommend the accommodation to anyone with a very high standard for such a good price!

Breakfast was excellent. Lot of options, worth the money.Me and my friend stayed in an 8 bed female dormitory. Cleanliness was ok. We couldn't sleep well because of some noise from outside and also other roommates who kept coming late.. Yeah, but it's a shared dormitory, what else to expect.. nothing else to complaining. Also worth the price you pay for a bed in the dormitory.Very friendly atmosphere.. you'll meet lots of young people travelling. Very open and and wide reception. You can rent some boardgames if needed.. Cool places to relax and to play some games on the ground floor.

This hotel has 21 floors and a lot of guest rooms, but not the facilities for all those guests. It has 3 elevators (imagine that you can expect in their 440 room at least 800 guests using those elevators for luggage and breakfast) and only 2 check in desks. This causes a lot of queues in the hotel. We waited 45 minutes to check in. We had a room at floor 19 and took the stairs, since we didn't want to wait for another 30 minutes to get up (this was around 19:00). The staff is helpful. Location is oke.

We chose this hostel for 1 night stay in Prague. It was very clean and good quality. Especially Alp and Murad employees were very professional and helpful. They took very good care of us. We definitely recommend.

Friendly receptionist staff who’re avaible literally 24/7, cozy nice hotel located a bit from central Prague. Otherwise there are quite a lot tram and bus services around the hotel which is amazing for all tourist.However for the sake of being unbiased the elevators are TERRIBLE! And if you are sensitive with sleep, the doors to the stairs won’t be merciful for you and your ears. Especially if your room is next to elevators/ stair room.Another con is the place seems to be very popular among young teenagers for school trip from abroad, so sometime this place at elevator area can feel like a wild jungle place.

Staying at this A&O felt more like a hotel than a hostel. We had a private room with private bathroom, the room was small but it was okay as we were out all day anyway. The sheets, towels and the bathroom were clean and fresh. The location is a bit far away from the center which is up to your preference whether good or bad. Didn't have much interaction with the staff. I'd still recommend this place considering the price.

Really great place to stay! Delicious food, amazing view from top floors, close to the city centre and perfect staff. Especially shout out to Yemur - I have never been served that well at the reception desk. This man has a solution for absolutely everything, even the limited bus parking space ;)Hope to see you again next time!

I have stayed 2 nights but it was the worst hostel I have stayed probably. Firstly in rooms there is no air conditioning which is horrible during summer bathrooms and toilets are so small. It was 8 person mixed room and the people were staying there were so loud we have asked the reception to change our room but they didn't even try to help they said we can't change it was all. In the room only 2 wardrobe which is the first time I saw generally they put more. Room was clean but common toilets in lobby were dirty. If I visit Prague again I don't think that I would stay there again.
