We had a terrible experience with you. My husband had to send urgent parcel to Italy and we also paid express service. It was told us that the day after the parcel was arriving in Italy. After 2 days the parcel is still in Czech Republic. We call the customer service and we discover that you can’t send the box because it contain 5 phones and you can ship only 2. Nobody called to advise us. That is unacceptable. Moreover now we have to wait 30 days to have our money back! The money that we gave for a service that you didn’t provide! This is incredible! It will be our last time with DHL

Terrible slow package delivery from America to Europe. I was entire day home noone called me but tracking shows there was a delivery attempt but nothing more! Either DHL support doesn't know where package is.

I went there to pickup a package. It was fast and everyone was nice to me. Plus there is a bus stop right in front of the building which is very convenient if you happen to go there by public transport.
