Place, which saying so much superlatives about itself should has more comfortable beds. My air-bad is definitely more cosy than bed in Morris. In a first moment, you want to jump inside, but than torture starts. Also beer was warm. But receptionist was nice, food good and all place clean.

So, this place is great but has some issues. Its interior looks good, rooms are clean and very comfortable. The hotel surroundings are nice and green as expected when you are at golf course. The staff is generally friendly and willing to help. Unless they become busy. On Sunday, the service was excellent. On Monday, the number of guests doubled and dinner has become a disaster. It was one big chaos and waiting times were very long. From my seat, it looked like a total absence of organization and lack of control from senior members of staff. It was a big fail during the otherwise very pleasant stay.

Overall: Good relaxing atmosphereHalf board is nice: breakfast satisfying and dinner with choice of 4 main foodsSpa area is nice but small (1Jacuzzi for 5 persons, 1 sauna, 3 individual baths 2 places for foot procedure). Procedures are ok but you have to plan it straight when you arrive!Golf simulator: first try for free

It's a nice place, we had good service and very nice room, but for a spa 4 star hotel we were expecting more. For example, every spa 4 star hotel would offer bath robes in the room, along with slippers. In the spa area you would be given towels, not needing to use the ones in the room, which you need for your daily shower. Small details make a difference, so I am hoping this will be taken into consideration.

Lovely room, but.... The shower was very poor and the sound isolation from the next room was almost zero. Reception desk very professional.
