Bad. We had tacos and soup and everything was extremely plain, basically without any taste. And I really mean EVERYTHING.

- Highly handicapped unfriendly.- No service at all!- Staff is very unhygienically looking.- Staff is very rude.I wish 0 stars were an option, but here goes...Was denied service when I made clear I do not speak Czech but my boyfriend does. Tried to order some food, made the gestures of how much of what item, but instead of the server trying to help me out with my order, only got her shaking her head at me and then stepping back. The server REFUSED to even look at my boyfriend in his wheelchair. Seeing the server" (can one be called server when they refuse to execute this task?) was a young woman

I tried burrito and it was awesome. They also have great mexican coke. The staff is very nice and kind. I think the prices are OK. RECOMMENDED

Anyone that rates this place well does not know what Mexican food or Tex-Mex is supposed to taste like. Order two soft chicken tacos which were bland and completely gross. The chicken had no seasoning and was just boiled, which made it a soggy mess (they literally had to squeeze the excess water from the chicken before putting it on the tacos). The hot sauce was basically just tomatoes which had been chilled until they had no favor. Never again.

I just read a review in Czech that said almost the exact thing I want to say in my review. My wife and I loved rancheros (Cerny Most). Would go so far as to say it was our favorite fast food restaurant in the whole country. However, we went there about a month ago and noticed the staff was all new. The lovely and friendly staff from before, that made us delicious burritos almost weekly, was gone. Replaced by a couple of new staff. They rushed us to order and tell them everything we want on our burrito before looking. Even though there was no line up, they pressured us to quickly tell them everything we want on both burritos. They did not put any care into making our food and quickly rushed (putting a tiny scoop of each of the toppings we asked for). The result was two burritos that were half the size of what we usually got at Rancheros that tasted terrible. We were incredibly disappointed. We aren’t sure if it’s completely the fault of the staff or if management has told the new staff to provide less food. But whatever it is, the staff were very unfriendly and did not make it an enjoyable experience. The food was even worse. We have walked there a couple times to see the same women working there and noticed them making burritos for others in the same terrible way. We are afraid we will never go back and our favorite restaurant has turned into a nightmare. Unless they change staff or relearn how to serve Mexican food, I’m afraid I do not recommend and I will not be returning. Where did the lovely staff from before go?

The worst quesadilla I ever ate! Just plain tortilla with dried chiken, corn and almost no cheese. No sauce inside...just dried and plain. Spicy sauce came separate...but its not spicy. If that was not enough, the board says the menu is 189kc, but I payed for it 209kc. Service not bad, but not friendly either.
