Saying only thanks to Mrs. Olha Shovkova is not enough , she deserves more appreciation. She helped me in very complex situation of driving licence application. She knows her work very well and knows how to use it in difficult situations.I strongly recommend ICP and her to everyone, who struggle to find good english speaking services.Thanks Olha and ICP team.

I visit a lot the ICP Integration Centre and I am also one of their volunteers. I think this is the best organisation around Prague that can really help expats with everything they need while living in Czech Republic. They offer free adaptation courses, Czech language and many other courses that can also help with socialising. It's a great community and I highly recommend it!!!

I contacted ICP for support with the long-term residence permit application, when at the moment of the first visit it seemed like I was going to get a confirmation if the documents prepared by me sufficed for MoI and all.However, in reality the application process here in CZ is not as easy as it seemed and I was very lucky to have Leona's support throughout the process. She was very responsive regarding any concern/issue I had on the way, helped me with the preparation of the letters to MoI and even reassured and supported when I almost had a mental breakdown because of the Ministry mistake in their decision.When I look at the email thread with Leona, we had almost 60 emails exchanged and she was always professional, clear, providing information regarding any tiny detail that could come to my mind.I have to thank her for patience throughout these months while we were waiting for MoI decision and thanks to her we finally got my application confirmed!If you need any support with immigration - ICP is the right place to turn to :)

One of the best I have come across in terms of attention to detail and breadth of services they offer for foreigners in Prague. And it is for free! They always seem to go above and beyond to ensure whoever is availing their services is taken care of! I have worked with them to find a General Practitioner doctor and also take advantage of Czech language course - very high quality experience. I also did my mandatory adaptation integration course with them and it was very informative as well. Thank you to all the folks who make ICPraha a great institution.

I am eternally grateful that an organization like ICP exists! I used their legal services to help with my permanent residence application, and their lawyer was extremely helpful, informative, available to answer questions, and just generally very supportive throughout my entire application process! I could not recommend them more :))

We consulted ICPraha for kindergarten and school applications. They provided great support; informed us about the rules and procedures, then made the necessary communications with the authorities. They were even with us during school meetings to translate. Our consultant is very kind and responsive person. We feel very lucky to have such an organization as ICP and have been very comfortable ask any question comes to our minds (even the silly ones).
