The two coffees we had were fine, but the staff were badmouthing tourists and mocking them. Shame to see this kind of service in the heart of Prague.

The location is great, cosier then other places around with a little garden nearby. But the good things ends there. The personal is quite rude and doesn't seem to enjoy their job. The food didn't taste anything, I had the schnitzel with mashed potatoes instead of fries. Potato was dry and tasteless, schnitzel was also a bit dry and really tasteless. There were no sauce. My friend had the chicken, also a tasteless history. This place isn't even good for drinks, the cola we drank didn't have any bubbles in it. Enjoy the view but make sure to spend you money elsewhere.

The service is really bad. One of the waiters took something out of the trash can then proceeded to prepare cutlery for us with the same hands without washing.It's over priced. We were there only to enjoy the sun and relax. The waiters were chatting loud with each other right next to our table and we really couldn't sit there more than 20 minutes.

Nice place to have a drink whilst visiting the castle gardens. Friendly staff, good service and nice atmosphere. Did not eat, therefore cannot comment on the food.

After climbed all the stairs and enter the castle you can have a short break here. Yes it is a little bit expensive but don’t forget that you are in the castle. One of the waitress is rude I think. They also offer free wi-fi.

Horrible service, they charge you for a tasteless pasta and even for a small quantity of parmesan to make it taste like something. Dont understand English and are very slow. Only interested into being paid. If you can, avoid it, many other better options around.

Location is the only thing that’s good about this place; it’s inside the castle garden so once you’re tired of all the walking and all the stairs, it’s nice to sit and have some food but the staff is awful. They were making fun of people/their orders, terrible attitude. I ordered schnitzel which came with fries and they asked if I wanted mayo or ketchup, I only later found out that there was an extra charge for the condiment. I only visited because I had to use the toilet and I didn’t have cash with me to pay at the Prague castle one, hence the restaurant. Not worth it, not recommended.
