Came here to buy new charging cable for a two months old laptop. Workers almost burned down my motherboard by trying a charger. Cannot offer original chargers just universal ones of doubtable quality.

Broad product range staff can be helpful but watch out they will try to sell a two year warranty but EU consumer rights mean you have that anyway. Always check shop price with online retailers they may still offer a price match.

Really good service , and great helping mentality staff.Especialy they have a good command in english for customers outside Czech Republic.They have wide verirty of customer electronic goods with the reasonable prices, compared to their competitors.Every time before my purchase I find they have always have a good price on their shopes, all over the counrty.

Waited 15 minutes for staff to ask them a question about if they have a certain cable. 2 consultants - both told me to wait, running around, then they didn’t know how to switch off triggered alarm, so one was just waiting for another to bring some key or something. 15 minutes of waiting to ask a simple question?... I had to just leave with nothing. Terrible experience.
