Food is okay. The staff are horrible. I had to wait 15 minutes in queue because the cashier “Rolando” was trying to flirt with the person in front of me. I asked if I could put it in an order and he asked if I was Italian, I said I wasn’t so he made me wait even longer. Illogical.

when i came in i felt like im in heaven. but after some time when i went to the cashier to order my food i was really dissappointed. the cashier was dead. and i didnt get my tissues. not even one. thats so disgusting. never coming back again. čego

There is some kind of stench everywhere, whether it's from chemicals or homeless people, I don't know... It's not the first time they didn't put napkins at the cash register! Very uncomfortable and dirty. And it's scary to eat food looking at it

Great place if you’re an introvert since they have these machines that you use to order your food now and you don’t even have to talk to a real person. The food is made quickly and you only have to wait a few minutes. The workers speak some English and will often shout out your order number in both czech and English. Great place if you want a quick though obviously unhealthy snack on Wenceslas Square.

Just a heads up about the English translation of the menu: the “Oriental Sauce” is actually sweet chili sauce.The toilets were alright, and they were also being actively cleaned by the KFC personnel. It costs money (I think it’s 1-10 Kc) to enter, but you get a refund if you also order food. You need to press a button after slotting your coins into the machine. Unfortunately, I didn’t know this, so I lost 10 Kc. The poster with information for this was facing the back instead of the front, so I missed it.The qurrito is so-so. I didn’t like the veggets, since they were dry and bread-like, not meat-like. I think Burger King’s fake meat nugget offering was better.At least the preparation was fast, especially since the place was very busy on a public holiday.

It was too crowded. had to wait quite long for a fast food. Rice bowl was not good. But chicken was delicious.Order can be made from available 3 Touch-screen machines with multilanguages.One can always pay with EUR with a better change rate than the machine/bank offers.

To whom it may concern,I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at the KFC branch located at Václavské nám. 56 in Prague on April 15th, 2023. During our visit, my family and I were subjected to appalling behavior from one of your staff members.The woman working in the dining area made derogatory comments about our children's appearance and ethnicity in Czech language, which we found to be extremely offensive and racist. Additionally, this same employee threw trash at our children, which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior.We were shocked and deeply disturbed by the conduct of your employee. We came to your restaurant hoping for a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience, but instead we were met with hostility and discrimination.We urge you to take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that your staff is trained to provide respectful and courteous service to all customers, regardless of their race or ethnicity. We expect an apology for the behavior of your employee and appropriate action taken to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.Sincerely,Milena

The woman working in the guest area was making derogatory comments in Czech to our children because they did not meet her racial standards, thereby displaying racism towards customers. Additionally, the same employee began throwing trash at our children.As customers, we expect to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of our race or appearance. We were appalled by the behavior of your employee and the lack of action from management to address the situation. It is unacceptable for any staff member to engage in such behavior, and we demand that you take immediate action to address this incident.We request that you take disciplinary action against the employee responsible for this incident and implement policies and procedures to ensure that such behavior does not occur again in the future. We hope that you take our concerns seriously and take the necessary steps to address this issue.Thanks
