McDonald's
Spent over 1000 czk for a takeaway. I asked the staff if they are sure everything is in the bags and they said yes. 20 Minutes drive back to Slany and many things were missing. 1 Large fries missing, 1 Medium coke missing, 1 bottle of water missing and not all the sauces we bought came with it. This is the only McDonald's in the area open until late and to drive 20 minutes each way and to have things missing is really annoying!

McDonald's itself OK. But the parking? Crowded, full and plenty of hasty, angry, not exactly nice ppl. Probably due to Kaufland next to it.

It was a bad service. They gave me mcflurry to go without any napkin, waitress didn't wear disposable gloves and she took my wooden spoon and handled it to me. It's covid time for god's sake! You don't have any sanitizers, I had no opportunity to clean up my hands and I was supposed to take that wooden spoon. Terrible.

A lot of people come here usually, but it's expected because it's the only McDonald's branch in the city of Kladno and in a rather well strategically built place, right next to one of the more popular places to shop for groceries and right in the middle of all the complexes.

Like the plant based food, a lot. Kind staff and very fast service, there is also a playground for children. I recommend.

Ok .... Gentleman behind the till not very happy... I suppose we all have a problems..... They had in stock everything i wanted... Everything was cooked fast and tasted as expected.. Clean toilets, nice outdoor sitting and playground for children
