Datart are having quite big shops in most of the malls also some of the outlets are near by to the to different streets, which gives an edge to other similar electronic providers where you do not need to travel too far away to see the products in person.

Awful experience not once but twice, have unqualified personal and the manager Mr. Sihelnik is a person with a really bad attitude, rude to the customers, they never provided any advise on the products and on what to do if the product will get damaged, as well nobody mentions the extra fee that you could pay to get an extension on your guarantee to reimburse you immediately the money in case the article will break in the follow weeks, good to know for articles that cannot be returned, as well they never mention that due to the poor demand that they have, the waiting periods are up to a month, when you could go straight forward for the service center to get a faster and more friendly solution.

Convenient. If you have problems with the Google-translated version of their web site (translations aren't always accurate nor with a clear meaning), you can go to any of their stores to get help. And if you then order there, no extra-charge.

My regular electronics outlet. Overall, generally, friendly service that seems competent. Store is not too busy; staff has time for you. A pity DVDs and their collection seems to be out of fashion. Or I am becoming outdated, of course.
