They don’t change client clothes for week , don’t change clothes after bath ether and they danger client life by altering angle or covering camera. Property has a big sign even supervisors Monika and all aids see it but know after we signed it is problem. My mom fell and was not able to get up after six hours lying in the feces because aid move the camera . I believe the supervisor Monika Leva is rude, dishonest and unprofessional. When you ask for exchange of aid she will attack you and threaten you. I did not have camera before and the care was poor , place was not clean because aid refuse to map the floor, many expensive staff disappeared so I canceled. I gave him second chance haha and it is just uncomfortable nightmare. I hired private aid what a difference.
