I broke the screen on my phone. Called this place up, they said they have the correct replacement and are able to exchange it immediately. I drive up there, and the guy behind the desk (I assume it's the same one as I talked to) tells me that the replacements will arrive on friday. He could have called me the whole time to tell me this, but decided that it's better for me to drive there to get the news and get upset. Will never come back.Edit: I had the model I said I have.
