Had a weekend package in here.Three hours program for two days, it was a great experience. It was first time to have a oxygen therapy and water massage.Building is beautiful and you can drink a mineral water there.I would give only four stars cause price can be a bit cheaper and I want something like a warmer thermal bath!

The bath has a pool for more people, plus separate rooms for treatments. Nice sauna and Turkish bath. The water is really thermal. Anyhow too expensive for the offered value.Practically for 2 hours there is only sitting in the bath or in saunas. I have seen much better baths in Germany. What I see better here is that costumes are must for sauna.

A different type of relaxing spa and authentic to Karlovy Vary and its history of thermal mineral springs. Definitely worth a visit if your looking for something unique to the region. Great for recharging the batteries after a long journey.

Please take notice of all the 1 star review both on Google maps and TripAdvisor, I usually don't until it happened to me. If you don't speak the language here, people don't treat you nicely. I have never being in a more awkward stituation then trying to enjoy the pool while the staffs tell other costumers to shut up". The signage is very minimal here and it was very confusing to navigate the different amenities that are available.My husband and I purchased the two hour wellness program. It was a super nice experience to go there! We took a Wellness program for one day, that includes 2 hours. You can go to the sauna, thermal warm swimming pool, got&cold foot bath, salt inhalation room and drink hot tea in a lounge room. Price is quite affordable for the quality- stuff is friendly and everything is clean. 800 krona for one person. Absolutely recommend!

ABSOLUTELY UNREASONABLY, RUDE AND INFLEXIBLE STAFF. AVOID AT ANY COST!Shocking service, unfriendly rude staff, high prices.Two of us came to Karlovy Vary for just one day. The spa closes at 7pm and they run two hour spa shifts. The reception closes at 6pm.I called in advance and was advised that if we come by 6pm, we will be able to pay for two hours and spend just an hour in the spa.When we came at 6.05 pm the receptionist was still there, but she refused to accept the payment and started screaming at us. After I noted that we wanted to pay for 2 hours but would leave within 45 min and just wanted to have this experience she started swearing at us and kicked us out. She also didn't care about the money.Absolutely horrible place, not recommended.

Original Karlovy Vary spa, the only public thermal spa in the town it seems. Very good service in a historic building. Natural mineral rock can be seen in the walls inside (a nice touch). Nice thermal pool for relaxing. Would recommend.

Day trip from Prague with my mom. I didn’t really know what to expect from a Czech spa town, but if this experience was typical I would say it was fine, but not worth making a day trip out of it. It was an interesting experience: staff - friendly, but rigid; massage - good, not great; services (we had the mineral steam and oxygenation) - interesting, but I don’t think I would opt to have them again; ambience - clean, but definitely dated and lacking the luxury touches that I’ve come to expect from high-end spas in the US. At the front desk we were handed a plastic bag containing our robes and towels (no slippers), which weren’t particularly soft. There was an area where we could make ourselves tea, but no beverage service. The area with the pool where we waited to go to each of our services was filled with people and not particularly peaceful. During the massage the lights were very bright, instead of dimmed for relaxation, there were no relaxing aromas or sounds and there was a (security?) camera in the room. All in all, it was an interesting experience, but I don’t think I would recommend it to others.

I have been to spas and hot springs in Japan, Germany, Hungary, the US and more and this is a very very good establishment even with the standard wellness plan at 800 czk for two hours. Very clean, friendly staff that explains things in English at the reception, beautiful building and installations. Some services are extra if you want to go extra fancy! I loved it. Would definitely come again. Do not believe the bad reviews left by other people.
