On our second day of prague we were a little bit lost and THANK GOD we popped into lush. Dany, who must've seen us looking a little bit lost came over and said hello, and luckily her English was amazing. She gave us loads of help to navigate the city and tourist recommendations. She even helped us find the bath bombs we can't get in Glasgow. Dany was so helpful and just felt genuinely kind, she's definitely an amazing representation of Lush as a brand.

So I’ve been a lush fan for long and I swear by their products. My experience at the palladium mall was a very comfortable and pleasant one . The staff was helpful especially Josef at the store was absolutely kind and extremely helpful all along my purchase .He patiently showed me all the new products and also demonstrated using of the new face wash I was so excited to use . He explained the ingredients in each product to me which was impressive. Thank you Lush I can always count on you !

All of customers are nice and kind, especially Mr.Adam, he is give me foreigner, awesome service in excellent English. Of course the items also absolutely nice. I bought set-box including honey and batter-ball as present, it was perfect as a gift, as the looks of box and the smell of content. I appreciate to the clerks so much.

I was in lush in palladium today with my husband, looking for a set for a gift. The big problem is that there is no information in English on the labels so it's hard to make a choice without help from the staff. One of the attendants briefly talked about the sets I was looking for but after a while I still needed help. Unfortunately, we were the only customers for a long while, but the staff had fun with themselves and it was difficult to make contact with them, I had the impression that I was an unnecessary guest. On top of that, I had to wait a long while for someone to come up to the cash register to summarize my purchases even though we were still the only customers in the store. Finally, the gentleman who packed my order did it carelessly and had dirty fingernails which looked very unhygienic. I hope the cosmetics were not made on site by this gentleman ....

A shop with manufactured cosmetics that are both natural and not tested on animals. I love this approach and support it very much!Not all the products are for my skin, but I can surely find something for my body and my hair. I would appreciate a wider range of products for combined skin, which is my type of skin, as most of the products that I tried were too heavy for me. But this is a suggestion for LUSH as a company, not for this branch.The staff working at this place is super nice and helpful and I was leaving with a nice shopping experience. The company seems to be very customer oriented.
