I moved to Prague and for a long time I was looking for a house and an apartment for my family. After contacting Svoboda Williams to Julia Zhuravska, she helped me find a great house within a few days! She also helped to find a good apartment for my parents in a very short time. Helped with the execution of the contract, since I do not know the Czech language. After we discussed some amendments to the contract, she helped to negotiate with the owners of the apartments in order to accept the amendments. I highly recommend this Agency and Julia Zhuravska, and I am very grateful for their help in finding a property.

We were very lucky to find this agency and Karolina K. when looking for an apartment. They publish multiple good apartments daily and Karolina was very responsive to any questions we had. She supported us through the process, prepared all the needed documents, and helped us get a lovely apartment in a good location. She also helped greatly during the handover, as we don’t speak Czech language. I can recommend this agency and Karolina to anyone who wants to rent a place in Prague.

I highly recommend S&W and expert Julia personally. The agency has flats for rent in different price ranges, responds to inquiries promptly, and organizes the process in a very professional manner.Julia lead negotiations with the landlord and we met an agreement at all points, the process took just 1 week - what a success!It was my pleasure to cooperate with such professionals. They have bad partners which deliver lower quality than expected. Stairs are sharp and dangerous, missing tiles in bathroom causes mold, wooden floors full of scratches… selling team was good though.
