The staff here is incredibly rude, seemingly willing to insult you for merely returning an unused item. This is regrettable, as this establishment once ranked as one of the top shopping malls for luxury clothing in Prague. Unfortunately, the quality has notably declined since they began skimping on employee training and hiring.In the instances where rudeness is not an issue, incompetence is: employees often appear clueless regarding how to provide assistance, lacking knowledge about the store's inventory and other crucial details.

This place is always lovely to walk round and shop. Great selection of designer brands and the staff always seem friendly and helpful.The selection of suits on the top floor is the best selection I've found in Prague.

A kind of mall that was missing in Prague, especially because it offers brands such as Opus, S. Oliver, Marie Lund ect. Biut the last time I was forced to use their toilets at the second floor and I was horrified, is that how the toilets in a mall should look like? (See the photos) I would kindly ask the manager for immediate remedy!

Fantastic place to buy if you like brands. All the brands under one roof is cool.Best part is that there is equal collection for men and women spread on 4 levels.
