I was looking for GP and came across to this site. The doctor , who is Russian speaker btw, not Czech native , is charging patients to communicate with them in HER NATIVE LANGUAGE. I guess it explain well her poor professionalism. To make money as much as possible from desperate clients who doesn’t speak Czech yet is on priority. Never go there. 500 CZK for 15 mins. !!!! Shame on You Mrs Anisimova. Sorry I can’t put the title Mudr close to your name it doesn’t go together.

Dear ladies and gentlemen,Hope you’re doing well and staying healthy because I am never ever gonna advise you to visit a doctor in Moje Ambulance (Lužiny) if you may have a regular illness or disease, or just a seasonal flue.I have a bronchial asthma diagnosis since I was 4 years old (2003) and all I need is і a referral to a doctor allergist & pulmonologist from practitioner(practical doctor) in order to check my lungs and make a determination document for allergist & pulmonologist that I have asthmaDr Natalya Kakhmaniuk- the worst doctor I’ve ever meet.1) If you don’t know how to ask or please what you need from doctor - you are rude person.2) If you may miss one or two blank to visit a doctor - you are not smart person.3) If you may try to protect yourself - doctor will inform you that she already live here (in Czech republic for 4 years) and you are wrong in everything and if you would try to ask something from other doctor 
.I quote : «You may have rejection or would receive a hit from another doctor because you are not polite»So professional isn’t it?I’m not been observed by the doctor at all. Only what I received is the physical violence. Before visiting the doctor I was healthier that after.

Už po několikáté sem byla odmítnuta s ošetřením a že se mám objednat. (O tom že se tam člověk nemůže týden dovolat ani nemluvě, a pak se objednejte)Čekárna zcela prázdná.Když je vám zle, chcete vyšetřit hned a ne za týden, kdy už to přejdete a nebude vám nic.I Jakožto k těhotné se takto chovat, je nehorazne. Těhotná žena si nemůže vzít jakékoliv léky bez porady s lékařem a podobně, ale jak se má poradit když je pošlou pryč?Ještě ze existuje pohotovost, kde vás ošetří kdykoliv.Špatně mi vyplnili posudek pro autoškolu. Takže sem zbytečně ztratila cestu jak k nim, tak do autoškoly abych to odevzdala.Při predoperacnim vyšetření mi vzali málo krve, takže sem málem ani nešla kvůli jejich lajdáctví na operaci. Po té mi dali polovinu papíru, kdyby mi nedala jen ten s chybějící krvi, ale ten kde chybí jen ta 1, ani bych si nevšimla.Nemluvě o tom, že je tam minimum lidi, co ovládá český jazyk..

Sestřičky i Paní doktorka byly úžasné, moc milé, musela jsem mít s sebou malou dceru a neměly s tím žádný problém. Vlídný přístup k nám oběma, jsem moc spokojená. I těch pět hvězdiček je málo :)

I came to this ambulance first time. I speak Czech with mistakes. I tried to explaine my problem. In the middle of our dialogue with receptionist I asked if he knows English. And the other receptionist arogant girl answered instead him: Musite mluvit Česky". I told that I dont know a few words and would like to add just a few words in English. I explained that nobody will die if I tell a few words another language.I have VZP card. I pay taxes the same as Czechs however this girl made me feel like a second-class person. I came to them with hormon's issue. I explaned my situations. But after visit I came home and cried.After meeting such persons there isn't desire to improve my Czech language.I cant reccomended this ambulalance as good service unfortunately. My friends have the same opinion."

Last experience with them was awful. I was denied in visiting a doctor and almost got a complication because of that. Going to find another practitioner and avoid this clinic in future.

Just rude. In addition to that also very long waiting times for no particular reason, unwillingness to provide any information and on top of unprofessional... Seems like they have this attitude of you want something from us and we have the power. Be silent and be grateful for whatever your betters are giving you"... Some places understand themselves as service providers. And some - such as this one - do not."

Ten pocit, když se objednáte na 11:30, přijdete včas a ani ve 12:30 vás nikdo nepřijme, ba naopak, každý další návštěvník je na řadě téměř okamžitě a po několika ztracených hodinách místní zaměstnanci zjistí, že vaši složku někde ztratili. Komunikace ke klientovi naprosto nulová a chyba, kterou ani 15 letý brigádník v KFC neudělá.
