I live in USA and had someone close to me pass away. I wanted to send flowers and this company had beautiful flowers reasonably priced and delivered quick. They responded to my emails within minutes and notified me when it was delivered. My family was in awe of how beautiful the flowers were. Highly recommend!!

I placed 2 orders, one for my mom and one for my auntie. After ordering I received an email that freesias are sold out and that they replaced them with different kind of flowers - alstroemerias. I would have thought I would be asked whether this is OK ( if I was given the chance I would have picked a different bouquet) before simply replacing and sending a different order . Now the good - both ladies received their flowers on time - Mother`s day. They were both very pleased with the quality and freshness of flowers.

Everything was good, helpful customer support and delivery was in time (the city near Prague). The bouquet was from expensive category and the flowers looked really beautiful, as it should be for that price.

Zero stars! Flowers and champagne not delivered at all to my mom on Mother’s Day. No explanation, no apologies, no reply to my email after I inquired about the explanation and a refund. Had to dispute the charges thru PayPal. Highly disappointed with this company!Edit: I did not receive any communication until Tuesday (two days after Mother's Day) and there was nothing in spam folder, therefore I proceeded with a dispute. My phone number and all other contact information was listed correctly. The company needs to figure out their online ordering and customer service and stop making excuses.

The flowers are beautiful, prices reasonable and service reliable! I know I can have a peace of mind when I order with this company as they send a couple of confirmation emails and are great in following up. I ordered with them a few times and they always deliver at the promised time. The hand-written notes are cute and give a nice personal touch! I will keep ordering with them as long as they're around! Quite disappointed after getting delivered two of big bouquets and spending over 5 grand.Flowers looked very different than on the pictures. It makes me really angry to think that I paid so much money and even talking to the owner about delivery etc. and then I get delivered this.Well thanks.

:) My very first experience with flower service. The delivered bouquet seemed to look exactly as pictured. Beautiful and fresh.:/ They called the receiver if they can come earlier, which i didn't appreciate because i specified the time so my mom who the flowers were for wasn't on her lunch break, where she usually doesn't bring her cellphone to. So it was rather a lucky coincidence than a planned surprise.
