My opinion - it is scam. Support service doesn't know English well.Had tickets for a train Cracow - Prague. Departure time 23:36. They didn't send any notifications that departure is delayed. In schedule in train station was displayed delay 208 minutes (so it should be 1:27 according to schedule in train station). When I called to their support service at 00:16 they said that departure postponed on two hours (I asked, to be sure, that it will be at 1:30 and they said yes). I was with small child so gone into the building (cause was could). At 1:02 I came back on platform. At 1:23 record about their train was removed from schedule. So I called them again. And they said that train was in Cracow 15 minutes before. A lot of people missed their train because of their mess.When I called to their support again and asked to return my money because of their fail (not mine) they said that they didn't told me that departure is postponed on 2 hours. When I said that I have previous call recorder, their consultant" just hung up the phone.Even more - money for tickets from Prague to Cracow also impossible to return.I have such incident first time for 15 years of travelling. Never had such situation with any other service. So my conclusion - do not buy their tickets - too big risks to lose money

Very modern& well equipped trains that even have compartments ( not too many of those still around unfortunately ), onboard service is unexpectedly luxurious, AND all of that for ticket prices reliably smaller than the regulars (ČD, ÖBB, MAV etc)?! Really happy they're around...

Good prices, good trains, but recieved very rude service on part of the hostesses.

At the beginning it was great idea. Now it is just a mess. Train is 3.3 hours to Prague. I never caught a train arriving on time within last year. Strange mistakes of seats, food WiFi. You can't provide WiFi from beginning of the regio jet? . Nobody responds for rating or complains. Sent mail to reditel how we had a mess with catching a flight and returning. Nobody responds. Last time we were served coffee in relax. Attaching pictures a second after serving. I think this is the state of regio jet now. I would prefer just comfy seats on a fast train without any of this those questionable thrills.

Gotta was I was impressed by Regiojet trains. From Prague to Brno for 170czk (standard class) with ISIC, much cheaper than ČD. And also better. You get a coffee, tea or juice of your choice. Coffee was decent. You can chose from some meals, cakes and even salads for very reasonable [=very cheap]. Got two slices of cake for 0.8€ (aka 20czk). Wifi is 5Ghz and their intranet with movies worked flawless. I'll kindly use regiojet again.

I bought a ticket from Prague to Vienna with a transfer in between. The bus was late for the transfer and gave us 5 minutes to find the train station, which wasn’t the correct information on the ticket. We then had to book a later train at a different station. Very unhelpful staff, do not recommend.

Wherever you want to go... You start here. Buses to pretty much everywhere, just pick the place. Very accessible prices to a very convenient and comfortable service.

This is the company that has changed the level of travel AND service by busses and trains in both the Czech Republic and Slovakia. It’s not easy to offer this high level of service when their competitor is a state-owned national carrier with limitless subsidies (CD). Yet they manage to provide a top-notch service with kind and professional personnel, they are able to keep the timetable or stay within acceptable delays (even when unforeseen events occur AND they still offer something on top. Way to go. Grateful to be able to be a customer!
