My only reason for the 4 star rating is an employee you have. Very negative and rude persona, and it is unfortunately like that for me over the past half year, maybe more and I am a regular customer, that is why it bothers me. The store however always meet our needs.

Called 9 times before somebody answered my call. The previous 8 times my call was hung up before actually speaking to somebody. I guess they realised that I would keep calling until somebody answered. Very unprofessional!!

The cheapest of all the DIY stores. Staff were great. I was looking for something very specific and fortunately for me they had it. There selection is not as big as others, but go there first as the prices are more reasonable

Might be okay for some people but not much choice especially regarding medium to high quality products. I searched a lot of tools and garden equipment there and ended up going to Hornbach to buy it. A lot of popular brands are not available.
