All I can say is - amazing!Tasty, tender and delicious meat, excellent combination of spices with vegetables, great personnel and the prices are reasonable for the large portions.I really missed cesnekova omacka" on the menu :DAnyhow- you will be seeing my face there every time I visit this beautiful town :D"

My first impression was this place would be a relief after all the catastrophic experience eating out in Karlovy Vary.The interiors are quite ok, music is fine, stuff is friendly.But food! Firstly, there are no vegetarian options except omelet and baked broccoli. So I took the broccoli. It took over 30 min to cook it, and when it arrived it was still frozen cold inside. I mean they did not even heat it properly!!! Give me a break, how hard can it be ?I give 2 starts only as garlic soup and potato dumplings (called so on the menu, in reality potato bread) were quite ok.

As I travel a lot and eat every where at the globe, I rarely make opinions. This time a need to share antyrecomendation. Here should not be serve food, only drinks. I ate in other place where same dishes was delicious and even cheaper

We went there for a second time, because first time we were satisficed. This time not so much. the portions are really small. I ordered goulash and got 4 small pieces of meat, I think it was no more than 80g. Prices are ok, but as the portions are small, then its not worth it. Food itself was delicious.

Food is tasty (especially mixed beer), but beef in cream sauce and berries with bread dumplings (knedliki)... Idk, it's not the main dish. A very bit of meat, and mostly just bread and sauceAbout service - I was eating, while being asked by the waiter if I finished, that's not politeAnd even with this they include 10% service" tips by default. Cmon. It must be voluntary."

It's a shame I have to give this place a 1 star review, but it's basically the principle of tricking tourists. Food is good. Not amazing, but good. They have lunch specials in Czech language only, but their main menu has English and German translations. I used Google translate to try the specials, which were decently priced (135-142KR). We asked for tap water which came with berries and orange slice inside. When the bill came, they charged 45kr for the water and added 10% service charge automatically.My biggest issue is the automatic charge of the 10% tip. If it was recommended as a tip, that's fine. But to automatically put it on the credit card machine before asking, that's what I have an issue with. I'm an American, so we usually always tip 20% for good service. Once I saw what she typed on the machine, welp, no extra for you guys then. Even with the automatic tip, price still wasn't bad as we got the weekly specials. Stuff in the main menu was 200+ which can get expensive.Also want to add what other reviewers said about the weird smell: the bathroom had a strange smell. I thought it was the bathroom soap, but the smell was also really strong on the green paper towels. Might just be from hot spring water too.

Nice place for a quick beer with a snack or a full meal with all local favorites. Great lunch options, from salads and soups to fish/meat main courses. Svichkova (beef with cranberry sauce and knedliki) was great. The service is fast, the prices are decent

Food was really tasty, the servers were nice and spoke german. 3 Vegeterian options, can recommend the fried cheese along with the croquettes. Prices are fine.
