The worst customer service ever i had a tefal mixer bought from them and i had the worst experience to fix it.The do not document the issue correctly and their service is so bad they had not even been able to address the issue and returned me the mixture broken and asked me to wait for extra more month never going to buy anything from them again

Second time the employees advice me wrong and then refuse to take back the purchase because it was open! How am I supposed to try it and find out its not working because you advice me wrong if I dont open what Ii bought?!?!? I live behind the corner but I am not going there anymore
