I have Dr Eva truelle and Dr Lucia ludova and her brother Zdeněk ludov who is a physical therapist. All of them are the best doctors I have ever had. Also my neurologist also works at UVN so saying the doctors who work at Canadian are unwanted elsewhere is untrue most doctors in every country work or are associated with more than one medical organization. MY dad was with more than one hospital at a time until much later in his career

I recently underwent a knee surgery at the clinic and had a generally positive experience with the doctor and some of the nurses. However, I was not satisfied with the treatment I received in the morning when I was discharged. Despite my request to stay until 10 am when my wife could pick me up, I was rushed to leave by two nurses who seemed impatient. When I asked for pain medication, I was told that since I was no longer considered a hospital patient, they could not provide me with any. I was left waiting at the reception for my wife's arrival. Given that this is a private clinic, I feel that the level of service was disappointing.

I went to the clinic at Waltrovka, Praha, on 22 of April, 2022. The clinic looked quite clean and cozy, the nurses and the reception lady were so kind and helpful. All of these made me feel relaxed. The doctor was professional. She not only checked my nose (which was the major problem for my visit) but also noticed my other skin problem and gave me good suggestions.

I would like to strongly recommend CMC and especially its Center of Special Care for Children. I know personally how important specialized medical care can be, especially if your baby is premature and/ or there were complications during childbirth. CMC doctors are true professionals with a lot of experience in neonatal care and they can really help you when you seek more than general pediatric care because you know this is what your child needs.

I was very glad that it was possible to see the doctor in the same day of the calling, which is very rare. Very comfortable place and nice staff. Affordable prices. Maximum satisfied :)

My experience was very good. I had a breast ultrasound, the exam was quick and punctual and the staff was profesional and friendly. Everyone also spoke English. I was surprised however that one does not get a copy of the images but only a report. It can be that is the standard in the Czech Republic

This review is for all the Canadian Medical locations I visited over the years. Go elsewhere if you can! I was a client for 7 years and hardly ever needed a doctor, so it was a sort of just in case subscription. Of course, I went for the preventive appoitments such as GP, dentist etc. To be honest, if it was not paid via my employers I would have never gone as the quality is fairly low. There is one or two decent doctors, the rest is either very junior and inexperienced or very old and clearly burn out. So its very much a lottery with who you end up with and I dont think thats the point of having a private medical center. Just recently - before cancelling my subscription - I was told that pains I have in my knee are just fine, I should get Ibuprofen, wait, and come back in 6 months. It seemed to me that the doctor did not have any idea what they were doing, so I went to double check with another doctor and they sent me for an immediate operation, which literally might have saved my full mobility. I wrote this to Canadian Medical but they did not acknowledge any issue whatsover and even tried to blame it on me because “I should have come earlier” (?!?).The public healthcare system in Czech Rep is at a good level and the quality of doctor in the big hospitals is good, thus it seems Canadian Medical sort of gets those doctors who were not wanted elsewhere. Plus the management, including the owner Mr Blasko, simply does not care, it just a money making machine for them and they could not care less that they are playing with peoples lives.I want to warn others to be cautious if they are considering using their services. I suggest doing your research and finding another provider that you can trust and that if you ever need a real specialist, then they give you the care you need.

MUDR. Zacet Petr is the coldest paediatric doctor I’ve ever met in my life, my son was intimidated by him while he was checking on my son, the whole process the doctor did not have any engagement with me. At the end he gave me the wrong prescriptions. “I hate my job and children “ was written all over his face.Shocking that we’ve paid so much for the doctors in Canadian medical, yet received this awful experience.I’ve been to Canadian medical in Prague 4 and 6 as well , this is the worst.1. Doctor gave me wrong description. I have to go back to ask for the correct one.2. Doctor did not make a direct billing - my insurance information clearly on his computer. Yet he told me I have to remind him to do so .3. Not suitable for this job , no engagement with children nor parents. Cold attitude with a very rude manner.The assistant told me that maybe because the doctor was tired , he had many patients today.( whom get paid by the patients by the way, he is not doing a free job)Yet I have to cancel my work and travel a long distance to drive here to see the doctor.No excuse for your incompetence work, you should not work in this clinic if you are not capable of working with your patients.I suggest Canadian medical check your doctors feedbacks and take an action.For the doctor- Change your attitude or change your job.
