Dobrý den,Chtěla jsem navštívit Vaši pobočku na Andelu, kde je mincomat.Mincomat je nefukcni, tuto informaci nikde neuvadite. Vasi pracovnici nevyjadrili ani snahu mi pomoci rekli jen ,,my s tim nic neudelame

Thank you for your support! I come from Germany, will work in Prague and, therefore, a Czech bank account is required. I have made an appointment in the branch. The bank employee was very kind and patient. We have completed the paperwork and first steps in English, now I am logged in. Hence, I thank you very much for your assistance. It was a good start in Prague.

I always try to be as objective as I can writing a review but my experience in this particular CSOB branch has been disastrous so sadly I have nothing good to say. Every single time I came here, i left with no solution. It’s a mess. The ladies working there must be trained to be as unwelcoming and rude as possible. The standard answer was that they could not help me for whatever reason they came up with (it proved to be wrong !) they are never available, they give false information and basically try to get rid of you as quickly as they can. The manager must be a complete failure as this attitude is usually channeled from the top. In the end I went to a different branch where they managed to help me with everything I needed. Avoid this branch at all costs if you want to get anything done.

Tady je čekání na nekonečno. Jednoho klienta trvá 10-15 minut, ale po jednoho klienta si udělají přestávku 20 minut, takže do hromady 35 minut. A když máte premium účet tak to je 2x tolik, to je 60 minut. Tuhle pobočku nedoporučuju
