If you accept that some animals take shelter during a day and you just want to see few European wild animals. It is good to get there also from Barrandov without climbing too much up to hill.

Zoo for animals that can't return to the wild. Unfortunately some of the pens seem really small and animals look unhappy in them :(

Nice walk through the forest. Some cages I wish to be more spacious. If you want to buy food, only cash is accepted.

Awasome little zoo which is open all year long and free to visit. They also offer seasonal programs for kids time to time, also to school groups. Terrible to see though that many visitors are not able to keep the rules and avoid feeding the animals with bread. FOREST ANIMALS DONT NEED & DONT EAT BREAD!!!

If like quiet picturesque places this is for you. Best part is the trip on the trail. Nice to see the animals but for me, would prefer wild not caged.

Huge hill for the walking beginners like daughter but the experience is great :)
