This isn’t for me but for people who might need more info about this place.I went to this place to fix my laptop (HP Pavilion 15) at 10am on Jan 28, 2021. The problem was that the connecting part between the body and screen was broken. It could be either the hinge or the plastic part holding the hinge inside. But I’m not the expert so I left it to the repair guy. He offered me 2 options, fast diagnosis within 24h (cost 600kc) or free diagnosis (max. 5 working days) so I took the free diagnosis.On Feb 3 which was the fifth working day, I decided to come by the place because I didn’t get any text or call from him till 4pm. When I got there, he told me he was waiting for an email from the parts supplier adding he could get it today or maybe tomorrow. But the promised 5 working days for the free diagnosis was only 2h behind. So I told him that he could’ve contacted me about the situation but he didn’t do anything till I got there. And he said that’s why he offered me the fast diagnosis but I told him back that it doesn’t make any sense because I wouldn’t get anything even if I took the fast diagnosis while he was still waiting for the parts supplier’s email. What I felt at that moment was that he wasn’t sorry for the situation but just kept making excuses.So I went to another place and the repair guy there took a quick look at my laptop and told me that it seems like the hinge or the plastic frame holding the hinge (which I expected) and it would take 3 working days if the problem is not so serious. But he also said it could take longer if the problem is more complicated than it looks like. He said he’ll keep me posted on the process. And of course, the diagnosis was free. :)Due to this place, I literally wasted my 5 days to wait for nothing and of course, there’s no compensation for my wasted time. Skvělý servis a přístup k zákazníkovi, rozumné ceny, férové jednání, nesnaží se za každou cenu vydělat jako jinde, ale hledají vždy nejlepší řešení pro zákazníka. Doporučuji!

I had a thinkpad with a broken screen and after going to several shops which promised nothing but long lead times, this guy said he'd fix it within 2-3 working days and then did it in one day for a very good price. I'm absolutely impressed and will return if anything else breaks :)

This shop and manager Lukas are excellent! I required a new battery and chose to upgrade the hard drive in my MacBook Pro. The work was done really well - in fact Lukas really had to work more than expected to deal with some system corruptions from the old drive. Not a problem and now my 6 year old laptop feels like a brand new model! Thanks!

As an Aussie in Prague when my laptop gave up, he was able to look at it the same day and extract my documents on to a flash drive and tell me the problem. Spoke very good English and good communication. Reasonably priced.

O hvězdPřestala mi fungovat baterie na Dell netbooku, pořídila jsem novou baterii (neoriginální Dell), koupila nový zdroj, provedla všechny kroky, kterým bych netbook spravila. Nabíjení přes baterii stále nefungovalo. Obrátila jsem se na Techmax (především díky dobrým recenzím) a nestačila se divit- netbook měl být do týdne opravený (podle telefonické komunikace), když jsem s netbookem přijela na prodejnu, jen týden trvala diagnostika- celý týden nic, tak jsem po 7 dnech zavolala sama. Pán předstíral schůzku s klientem a že mi za půl hodiny zavolá. Nezavolal. Za hodinu jsem volala já- podle mého názoru za té půl hodiny pán otevřel netbook a zjistil, že baterie Dell není originální. Pak řekl, že to bude tím- byly to nervy, nechat cizímu člověku netbook k diagnostice. Pán po mě chtěl heslo, odmítla jsem. A když jsem zjistila, že úkon na 20 min stíhal v posledních minutách, bylo to dost zklamání- ptala jsem se, jestli je to skutečná příčina (neoriginální baterie Dell) nebo je v tom i něco jiného. Odpověď: nevím- zeptala jsem se, jestli je možné baterii objednat. Odpověď zněla ano a že mi pán zavolá. 14 dní a nic, slíbil do 3 dnůTuhle firmu a jednání - vždycky se ráda vyhnu. A ať mi nikdo neříká, že je v době corona těžké podnikat. Takové podnikání by se neudrželo v žádné situaci.Včera jsem zveřejnila tento příspěvek. Dnes ráno mi volal nějaký kolega, představil se, že je z CZC, což mě překvapilo, a nabrušeným" hlasem poděkoval za recenzi. Začal vyjmenovávat kroky z jejich strany. Vstoupila jsem do jeho řeči a zeptala se

Excellent service.I have a Toshiba Dynabook bought in Japan last year.Last month, strange sound started to leak from the notebook Then, last weekend the Cooling fan stopped and warning appeared on the screen. I immediately checked repair shops in Prague and decided to bring to Techmax in Prague 2.The biggest reason was the most reliable website which I have seen on internet. Then the location.I brought the notebook at 09:00 of Monday 29 April and was told that they will call in 3 working days.Exactly 3 working days later on 03 May, around 10:40, the staff called me that the notebook was repaired. Luckily the existing cooling fan did not have to be replaced to new one-the staff told me that this type of cooling fan does not exist even in eBay!The service costed 1000 Kc which is definitely cheaper than bringing to the repair shop in Tokyo!
