Because of the pandemic I did order a MTB online to be delivered in the store. The team did a good job in setting up the bike and Andrew (hope the name is correct), was very helpful in adjusting to my body and giving some advice. A service after 100km (sanity check, if everything is set-up well) is included, which shows me that they care and are interested to keep a customer happy.

Bought a bike from here, rear hub was damaged and when I went for the service after 1st month of ownership they returned it with the same problem. Buy the bike if the price is right, but can't really recommend service department.

Good prices. I waited 2 weeks for 2 orders that were shipped to pickup point on the same day, and only one was ready.Not very helpful staff.
