Welcome Home is the device of the Hotel and we feel it like very warm welcome and every member was very kind. Me and my family are very thankfull for the time in this our new Home and to everyone which is part of it. We decidet definitly in the future to be there.

A vice experience that I will repeat I believe.In general we had great time. I was expecting a more experienced staff and speaking more English. Room service we never see but we stayed only 2 nights. Reception is great, food very nice, breakfast sublime! Is a place I would like to visit again .... was very fun!

We had an amazing weekend! We very enjoyed all the dishes, dinner, lunch and breakfast as well. In the vending tasted some original cocktails as well.In wellness we had some nice relax time.

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel with a lot of space to relax.Facilities: four swimming pools (one outside and still open to use in winter 30 degrees celsius)Huge spa with a lot of treatment possiblities.Lovely bar/library to sit, read, and have a drink.A lot of relaxation rooms, we did use all since there were so many ;)Nice gym with new machines.Well kept lawns.Room: spacious room with lovey views of the mountains, comfortable beds, with the possibility to order a variety of pillows for a good night's sleep.Nice plushy robes, and a cloth bag to take belongings to the spa.Restaurant: really nice employees who are happy to accommodate any wishes (allergies etc). We were assigned a table throughout our stay so we did not have to wait or search for one.Personal impression: we came here to celebrate my birthday, and they noticed at the reception right away and gave us a free room upgrade. The personnel were really nice and caring. Our room was not ready since we arrived very early but we could have welcome drinks in the library bar while we waited on the room.We noticed so many fine details in the rooms, spa toiletries, Fairtrade Nespresso tabs, Rönnefeld tea and complementary mineral water.The hotel is absolutely clean and well taken care of, there are more than enough chairs at the pool and in the sauna area. The staff is also there round the clock to provide new towels or cater to any needs.We are very happy to visit the restaurant, the food is presented in an excellent fashion. Small details like at breakfast there is a grinding machine for oatmeal do not go unnoticed. The wide variety of fresh juices and fruits, cereals and bread, real honey comb exceeded our expectations.Lunch is very light, which is ok and dinner is four courses, all beautifully presented by very enthusiastic waiters.Did I mention that we received a complementary bottle of wine for my birthday dinner ;)This will definitely not be the only time we visit this hotel.We were pretty sad to leave, but have a lot if beautiful memories to take with us.Thanks very much to the very friendly staff at the reception, in the library bar in the restaurant and the spa!

We went to celebrate my wife's birthday. The hotel itself was beautiful, although the only slight disappointment was that the room itself was a bit dated for a 5* hotel. We really enjoyed the 5 pools and especially the salt water pool. Service was excellent, the hotel was nice enough to leave some chocolates and wine on her birthday! There was a wide variety of options for breakfast! Would totally recommend it!

Perfection! That’s the word that describes our 4 nights at the Falkensteiner hotel and spa. We were greeted by the most friendly reception staff, men and women who were professional, helpful and kind throughout our stay. The meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) were delicious and healthy. The evening drinks in the lovely and charming library bar were irresistible!Our girls spent every free movement in the pools and said they were among the best they have swam in. The sauna area appeared newly renovated like the rest of the hotel and was spacious, clean and offered a variety of options. The Finnish and infrared saunas were my favorite and our daughters liked the biosauna. To top off our already perfect trip, we had a total of 10 wonderful treatments! The massage from the lovely man and facial from the delightful Ukrainian woman were so skillfully executed that I felt that I was in heaven. Even our teens got bath and facial treatments and loved the pampering they received! I attended the yoga class on Friday afternoon and was impressed with the skill of the instructor! A really great course!Finally, I would like to thank Marek Prokeš, Resident Manager, for organizing a space for me to work during the week. We had a gorgeous family suite that was spacious and comfortable, but didn’t offer me enough privacy for all-day videoconferencing. This level of customer service is phenomenal and the reason we would highly recommend the hotel to everyone who likes be treated like royalty!A few tips for improvement:Spa: we recommend an automated booking system for the spa and beauty services that can be used prior to arrival as there were not many slots available. Covering the eyes during the facials would prevent product from seeping in. The quality of the massages varied between therapists. We recommend setting one high standard for each type of treatment. We also recommend asking guests if they have any body areas that need more attention and if gentle or strong massages would be preferred. Some therapists did not wear the lovely spa uniform and looked outside bit out of place and a few of the spa receptionists could be warmer to and more patient with guests. It was sometimes loud in the halls with people speaking or on the phone.Restaurant: we recommend one or two dedicated servers per table to give the guests the chance to get to know the staff more personally.Room: a chest of drawers and/or shelves would offer some more storage space. Also more shelves in the bathroom would be appreciated.We can’t wait to come back again and to to find things even better! Thank you!

Nice wellness in this small city.The outside pool area is not big but well kept. The rooms are nice in the newly renovated part.The receptionist was great, you will automatically cheer up from his honest smile!Highlight: their interpretation of shakshuka at breakfast. If you like savory and melted cheese you will love it. Overall the breakfast has a high quality also compared with other top notch properties in Europe, with some special details (ex. mint, lime or berries for your morning drink/prosecco, freeze-dried fruits, very good cold cuts, ...).

We appreciate a warm welcome and kind staff, a wide range of services (rooms - pillow menu, breakfast to the room, preparation of the room for the night; spa - many kinds of massages and procedures, four swimming pools and saunas). The breakfast and dinner were great, too - 5 course menu with a different selection every night, great breakfast offer with a million of options. All spaces are very clean and calming. The whole body massage was very relaxing and professional.

We had a lovely stay. Everything was great (reservation, check-in, and check-out, cleaning service, etc.) and we felt very welcomed. The only not very positive impression was the service at our last dinner (it was very bad). There is a huge difference among the teams. The spa was excellent.

I booked and paid a room in advance. Unfortunetly i got really sick in the day of arrivel. I tried to re-book the stay with managemant of the Hotel, but they did absolutely nothing, wich is defenetly not a communication of “5 star” hotel. And then , they had guts to send me an email with message: “It was a pleasure to have you as our guest” , I felt a bit , like i was scummed, just sad communication
